pie mums ir spēkā EK regula,kas aizsargā patērētājus. viena no pamatdomām - tu nevari atteikt garantiju, ja bojājums ir cēlies ražotāja vainas dēļ.

līdzīgi ir norāvies Apple - šie licences nosacījumus snidza diskā. tajā pašā, kurā softs. tātad gala userim nebija iespēju iepazīties ar softa litošanas nosacījumiem, nenopērkot softu.
